Solaris XSCF console

Show domain status:

XSCF> showdomainstatus -a
DID         Domain Status
00          Running
01          -

To show status of a domain 00:

XSCF> showdomainstatus -d 00
DID         Domain Status
00          Running

To lists degraded components:

XSCF> showstatus
No failures found in System Initialization.

XSCF> showstatus
    MBU_B Status:Normal;
        MEMB#4 Status:Normal;
*           MEM#2A Status:Degraded;

To displays device:

XSCF> showdevices

To displays the temperature, humidity, voltage, and fan rotation speed:

XSCF> showenvironment

To displays who login to XSCF:

XSCF> who

To reset domain there are 3 modes for reset command:
por: Domain system reset
request: Domain panic instruction
xir: Domain CPU reset

Reset domain 00:

XSCF> reset -d 00 por
DomainID to reset:00
Continue? [y|n] :y
00 :Reset

*Note*
 This command only issues the instruction to reset.
 The result of the instruction can be checked by the "showlogs power".

Check the status after reset:

XSCF> showdomainstatus -a
DID         Domain Status
00          Initialization Phase
01          -

To connect to a domain 00:

XSCF> console -d 00
Connect to DomainID 0?[y|n] :y

{0} ok boot

To power on/off all domain or sepcified domain:

XSCF> poweron
XSCF> poweroff

Snapshot data:

XSCF> snapshot -L F -t user@host:directory (Upload to remote host)
XSCF> snapshot -L F -d usb0 (To usb device)

Using man command:

xscf> man snapshot

To return to XSCF from a domain terminal:

To logout:

XSCF> exit

PSB :physical system boards物理系统板,一块PSB由4个CPU,32条内存以及I/O模块组成,一台满配的M4000就是一个标准的PSB.
XSB :eXtended System Boards 扩展系统板,PSB并不能直接被用来分配给Domain,必须将PSB划分为XSB来使用。PSB可以设置为两种模式的XSB: 单XSB和4分XSB,单XSB就是一个PSB;4分XSB就是将一个PSB分为4份,每个XSB包括4分之一的PSB资源,即1个CPU,8条内存以及I/O设备,低端的M4000 M5000不能保证每一个XSB都有I/O模块,具体I/O以及相关XSB号
LSB: logical system board 逻辑系统板,LSB是Domain中使用的XSB号,在Domain中并不直接使用XSB号,而是使用LSB号,只有给XSB设置了LSB号后才能将XSB分配给Domain
